So what is? Reading …
So what is? Reading sanskrit and flushing the nose with hot water and drinking black tea? Come on get real.
Yoga is a holistic concept that unifies the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects of the self so that the person who practices it feels in total balance and in harmony with others as well with his or hers enviroment. It is and Ayurevedic science that teaches us how to live and function in life successfully.

To clarify Yoga is …
To clarify Yoga is not the unity if body and mind Yoga is unification of the self with Bhrama, the all. Restoring and deepening the mind body connection is one of the step son this path. Asana on it’s own is not Yoga but can be a step of preparation for the deeper more subtle practices. What is represented in this video is certainly not Yoga not even an asana practice. Shanti

yoga is unity of …
yoga is unity of body and soul and I am sure that any tool to achive this is yoga. Therefore this is tautology and screw you and your India roots.

I will expound for …
I will expound for you then., Physical exercises performed in an intoxicated state or coming out of one are not Yoga. Yoga is a serious ancient science and spiritual tradition. As a Yoga practitioner from the west living in India I am embarrassed for you and saddened that through lack of understanding, or pure ego, you trivialize this beautiful path with such representations using the word Yoga. Shanti

I wonder if there …
I wonder if there is a yoga routine for a crack hangover. I’m joking but if you’re going to drink so much, why would you do yoga the next day. Have a bloody mary instead.

appreciate the …
appreciate the video….i didnt quite have a heavy hangover (just three beers, a small sake and two shots of whisky the pervious night – with food and water in between) Nevertheless, it did make me feel slightly better. Would be nice if it the video had some more wake up / energizing stuff (for novices). Those black shorts from the morning yoga session would also help with concentration ; ) ……(srry couldnt help myself….) Cheers….

I was doin’ great until the headstand. I was still pretty wasted. I lost balance and crashed over into my entertainment center, breaking a glass door, my goldfish bowl and major league wrenched my back! Then I saw your other video for helping me with my back pain….That helped! THANKS!

drink plenty of …
drink plenty of water before and during your binge, this will help prevent hangover as it is caused mostly by dehydration.
