For stretching the shoulders try Eagle pose… Also Down dog is great for stretching both the back and the hips.

Yes, you are right. This was the very first video we produced… and I tried to edit a 30 minute video (or DVD) into 10 minute yoga sequence. Wish I could redo this 10 minute clip for you…but it seems to get quite a few hits as is. Please check my other Yoga video clips which are a bit smoother. Thanks for watching and for your comments. Love this video. My doc recommended easy yoga for my back because i had a spine surgery about 3 years ago. this was very easy, not hard at all and made me really relaxed

I’ve never done any …
I’ve never done any yoga before and though I consider myself quite inflexible I was able to do these exercises and felt wonderfully relaxed afterwards. I think I will carry on now and hopefully improve my posture and back ache!
